Discover: How To Properly Wash Your Face
There's so much to consider in taking her care of our skin and all to the extent that it's easy to forget the very basics, including how to properly wash your face. We would be going through the basic ways of washing and cleansing our faces properly on a daily basis.
To start with, in an African local setting, most of us do not have time for cleansers, acne wash, exfoliating products and the rest, in the African setting mostly all that is need is water, it could be running water. However, this environment of ours does not prevent us from getting a very good clean on our faces, so I will suggest that at least we try our best to get a cleanser, it could be an oil-based cleanser, which works to eliminate impurities without drying out the skin. Essentially the oil binds to the oils on your face and the cleanser rinses them away, without stripping your skin of its good natural oils.
However, if you are unable to get this cleanser you could get a mild-scented to wash your face. And when it comes to the duration for washing your face it should be as long as it takes to thoroughly remove makeup.
So one needs to spend about two minutes to wash the face on a normal day no matter how tiring or stress-free the day went. To maximize your efforts, when washing your face you need to be moving in circular motions as you cleanse. Besides makeup, there are many environmental aggressors, like pollution and bacteria, which can cause rapid aging if left on the skin. It is important to wash these impurities away as well.
It is very important to wash your face, three in a day, morning, afternoon and evening. With this, during the day you would use face cleansers to clean off every other dirt within the day.
