If it's your first time visiting a gynecologist, you know the feeling of trepidation before you book an appointment. While it’s recommended that you start visiting a women’s health doctor if and when you get a period, that rule-of-thumb is typically ignored in favor of waiting until you're s3xu@lly active. But, gynecology visits are incredibly important to your overall health even if you’re not s3xu@lly active if only they didn’t have such a bad reputation.
I’ll be honest that my idea of a fun time doesn’t involve being on the receiving end of the speculum, being poked and prodded during a routine pelvic exam. But if your pre-exam jitters are manifesting as full-blown anxiety attacks that cause you to avoid the gyno as a whole, there’s a bigger issue going on here.
Though it’s completely normal to feel nervous going to the gynecologist, skipping your recommended yearly appointment and just hoping that nothing is wrong only causes further detriment to your health.
Not only is your gyno checking for STIs and abnormalities, but they’re also there to be a resource for any questions you may have about your s3xu@l and reproductive health. Additionally, the gynecologist can provide you with birth control options, f3rtility information, and br3ast exams if you need them.
Determine what’s scaring you- always identify what scares you, whether it's the truth to be revealed or your fear of overcoming the embarrassment ahead of you. Try to assess what truly makes you feel so worried before your visit to the gyno.
Research, so that nothing comes unexpected- You should research when looking for a gynecologist. Though sometimes the other people in your life will make recommendations, you have to make the decision that is best for you. The gynecologist that works wonders for your friend may not be the one for you.
Know you’re not in this alone- You might feel uneasy about going to the gynecologist, so if you’re feeling anxious prior to your visit, you are not alone. You should also always know that you are allowed to bring a family member or a friend to your appointment for support.

Simple Ways To Hide Protruding N1pples
There are several types of n1pples, as well as the shape and size of the mammary glands, vary from woman to woman. They can be large or small, pale or dark, different in shape (protruding, inverted, flat), looking up or down.
The majority of women have protruding n1pples (sticking out a few millimeters above the areola in the usual state, and a little further when a woman is ar0used). In approximately 28–35% of women, the n1pples are flat or conical, and 10% have inverted n1pples.
Interestingly, even the nipples of one person may look different, and this is normal. No matter the size or colour of your n1pples, they can be very frustrating when they stick out of clothes especially at our office settings, schools, e.t.c. We are going to go through the basic ways to prevent your n1pples from sticking out hard.
In many women, the protruding n1pples are raised above the areola all the time, and due to stimulation or temperature changes, they harden and stick out even more. In this case, they can be visible under clothes, underwear, or a bathing suit. Some women feel comfortable with them showing, while some don’t.
Whichever way, there are a few simple ways to hide protruding n1pples under the clothes:
*Wear shirts, blouses, and tops with colorful prints or solid-colored dark clothes.
*Opt for dense cotton and linen.
*Choose bras with cups made of dense fabric.
*Wear scarves and shawls that cover your chest.
*Wear strapless tops under your clothes.
*Buy special nude-colored nipple covers.

COVID19: Miss UN Grand Prix Advises Ghanaians To Take Precautionary Measures To Stay Safe
The 2019 Miss United Nations Grand Prix Beauty Queen, Harriet Lamptey has pleaded with Ghanaians to eschew all negativity as the nation fights the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak which as at now has risen to 65 cases barely two weeks after the first cases were recorded.
The outbreak has led to the partial closure of the country's borders, a halt to all schooling activities, and a ban on public gatherings. Amid the outbreak, there have been lots of developments including the politicization of the whole issue. But in a statement, Ms. Lamptey indicated that it was inappropriate for anybody to politicize the matters or take undue advantage especially when Ghana has recorded cases.
According to her, she believes that this is the wrong time to be headstrong, political or exercise business wits. Ms. Lamptey urged Ghanaians to "take precautionary measures to keep ourselves safe and leave the government to fight the technical aspects." "If you identify any symptoms, report immediately to the nearest facility to get yourself treated and saved. There are the highest chances of total recovery if you are detected early. Please stay isolated till treated, not with the feeling of being stigmatized, but as your service to humanity," she stated.
She added that "This is not the time to be apathetic. We can not dig holes and expect to remain on a bed of roses. This virus is no respecter of person. Let's lookout for Ghana in our own little ways. It's our Ghana."
The closure was announced by President Nana Akufo-Addo in a public broadcast on March 21, 2020, to help reduce the importation of Coronavirus into the country.

2020 Miss Ghana Suspended Over Coronavirus Crisis
Organizers of the Miss Ghana beauty pageant have announced that the pageant has been postponed until further notice due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Inna Miriam Patty, CEO of Exclusive Event Ghana, organizers of the Miss Ghana pageant, announced on March 22, 2020, that a new date would be communicated depending on how the world fares with the pandemic.
Contestants of the pageant, she also noted, won’t be converging for tasks in the next four weeks.
This is in line with the ban on the public gathering by President Akufo-Addo to stem the spread of coronavirus.
“To keep ladies occupied during this four weeks period, weekly individual tasks will be given to each contestant and she will submit via video presentation and sent through email.
These weekly assignments in addition to voting will be used in the judging process to help prune contestant numbers to 16,” Inna said.
“Each week, we shall evict five contestants starting from Sunday, March 29, Sunday, April 5 and final 4 will be evicted on Sunday 12th April,” she added.
Thirty beautiful young ladies have so far qualified for the preliminary stage of this year’s pageant. The suspension on activities was to prevent any spread of coronavirus among contestants. Organizers have streamlined activities until the suspension on group gathering has been lifted and society returns to normalcy.

How To Slay A Bikini For The First Time & Not Freak Out
Wearing a bikini for the first time in public is very intimidating especially when you just not the type who likes to show “too much skin" or your religion or culture does not support or perhaps you’re intimidated by the thought of exposing your body with its imperfections.
It's a very weird feeling however once you decide to wear one for the first time, you have to consider four factors: what your body type is, how much skin you’re willing to show, which body parts you’re proud to flaunt, and which problem areas to camouflage.
This way, you can narrow down your choices and focus on pieces that look best on your body shape. You can’t go shopping for a bikini without knowing your body type first.
Knowing your body type means knowing your best features and how to flaunt them, as well as knowing your problem areas and how to camouflage them. This will ensure that you’re wearing nothing but the best design for your body shape.
There are 5 main body types/ shapes: apple, rectangle, inverted triangle, pear or triangle, and hourglass. Each has its own strengths and weaknesses. And it’s essential that you know which body type you are before you spend your dollars.
Depending on your body type, your problem areas could vary. Wear dark, plain colored bottoms. Dark colors, especially black, are slimming. The opposite is true for prints and lighter colors so reserve them only as your top, not as your bottom. Wear bottoms that are devoid of strings and ruffles. They make the hips appear even wider.
Choose modest designs over skimpy ones. If it’s your first time wearing a bikini in public, you’ll feel ten times exposed and uneasy such that you'd just rush in for your clothes. Wearing a modest swimsuit will cut down your uneasiness by half and help you transition smoothly instead of scare you away from wearing a bikini again.
Perhaps wearing a bikini near the shore or when sunbathing is comfortable enough for you. But once you head to the beach restaurant, you might start to feel a little icky with the stares you’ll occasionally draw.
A cover-up will make you feel sexy without that uncomfortable feeling of being overly exposed.

NON-SWIMMERS: Outfit You Can Rock To The Beach
If your friends call for a beach day out and you not in the mood to swim it does not mean you can wear just anything to prove you not in the mood. Even if you won't swim you've got to feel the impact of the sea, c'mon just the breeze does us, a lot of good.
Or you probably decided to go to the beach on your own but it’s that time of the month again and you just wanna be as dry down there as possible. Or perhaps you just wanna chill, read a book, and listen to the waves of the ocean, without soaking yourself wet. But you’re unsure sure what to wear. Below is my recommended list of what to wear at the beach if you’re not swimming.
1. Denim shorts with crop tops- A crop top paired with denim shorts is the perfect outfit if you wanna show off your legs and booty. Wear them with flip flops or sandals.
2. Wrap dress- A wrap dress is your best bet if you’re a fan of Bohemian outfits. Wear it with a wide-brimmed hat, strappy sandals, and sunglasses and you’re beach-ready in an instant. The great thing about wrap dresses is that they look great on any body type. They hug the waist and flare at the hips, creating an hourglass figure.
3. Palazzo slit pants with a crop top- Palazzo pants are perfect outfits at the beach because they are comfortable and flattering to any body shape. You can wear them in solid colors or printed. A good rule of thumb when choosing colors is, if you’re wearing printed palazzo pants, then pair it with a solid-colored top to balance your silhouette.
4. Flowy dress and strappy sandals- Flowy dresses are just as flattering as wrap dresses. To add more character to your outfit, add in some strappy sandals with your wide-brimmed hat and you’re good to go.
5. A-line short dress- A-line dresses, like wrap dresses, sculpt the waist and enhance the hips. This is a perfect go-to look for women with less-defined curves and straight bodies like rectangle, inverted triangle, and apple body shapes.

All You Need To Know About Hair Closures?
Weave installations have advanced with the time because lots of ladies tend to focus more on how to protect their natural hair as well as how to keep it healthy and strong.
One of those major enhancements includes the addition of hair closures, and added extension placed on top of a flat cornrowed base to reveal a natural-looking part.
A hair closure makes it possible to braid the hair you would typically “leave out” to cover your tracks, thus protecting it from constant manipulation and heat damage. Installing closures can be a tedious task, so be sure to consult with an experienced hairstylist before choosing any of the below options.
A lace closure consists of individual strands left onto lace material. Lace closer is naturally thinner and more flexibleLace closures tend to be less expensive than silk ones, are generally easier to install and lay flatter to the scalp. However, keep in mind that using this type of closure may require bleaching the black knots that sometimes cause the closure to look synthetic.
On the other hand, a silk closure is made with individual strands embedded into a skin-like silk material. Generally, people prefer silk closures when they want a more realistic look without having to bleach the knots. These will certainly cost you more money but are known to last longer and more closely resemble an actual scalp that can be parted in different directions enabling more versatility for the owner. The silk closure is made from a silk-like fabric combined with swiss lace fabric.
You can try both to be sure to know you more comfortably in.

COVID19: Foundation That Can Be Applied Without Touching The Face
Hygiene is being taken more seriously these days because of the widespread of coronavirus in the world. Just recently beauticians were advised to suspend all activities however there are some events which just can't be put on a hold probably because of the worth of it.
Since we have beauticians suspending we have got to do certain things ourselves like applying our foundation, lip gloss, e.t.c.
Hand sanitizer, soap, and plastic gloves have become a hot commodity, and makeup that doesn’t require you to touch your face may be next. There’s no better time than now to get acquainted with foundation spray.
Foundation spray is essentially a foundation that you spray onto a makeup brush, or directly onto your skin for airbrush coverage. And the best part is you can perfect your complexion without using your hands.

Simple Tricks To Get the Most Out of Your Clothes Dryer
If you own a washer-dryer, it’s probably been working hard over the past few weeks. Chances are it could be going even further, though whether that’s by using less energy per cycle, or cleaning and drying your clothes more thoroughly.
1. Use permanent press
This medium-heat cycle with a cool-down period, in the end, is a proven crease curber. Don’t pack clothes in. They need to float freely or they’ll wrinkle.
2. Don’t wait for the dryer to ding
You can skip ironing dress shirts, pants, and school uniforms by taking them out of the dryer 10 minutes before the cycle is done when they’re slightly damp. Give them a good shake and hang them up, pressing with your hands.
3. Clean the machine
Even though you empty the lint filter after each use (right?), lint buildup can clog the duct over time and become a fire hazard. A sure sign that your dryer is clogged? It takes more than an hour to dry a load. Once a year, detach the hose from the back of the dryer and snake a long brush through to push out lint (20-foot dryer vent brush, $30, gbindustrialdirect.com). Also, scrub the lint filter once a year with a small toothbrush and a bit of detergent. Rinse, then air-dry completely.

Beauticians Urged To Halt All Activities Due To Coronavirus Crisis
Coronavirus keeps spreading globally and as such everyone is taking precautions however not everyone can save him or herself.
As things keep getting worse every day, folks in the beauty industry, including make-up artists across the country, have been advised to consider suspending their activities due to the spread of the virus.
The beauty industry in Ghana is seen as one of the key areas of society that has a risk of spreading the virus due to the nature of working in that industry.
Make-Up Ghana, organizers of the prestigious Ghana Make-up Award, urge beauticians to consider suspending their bookings.
However, it added that if the booking is critical, then stakeholders must exercise the most extreme caution in dealing with their clients.
“We urge all beauty practitioners to suspend all bookings or adopt the use of face masks and gloves if the booking is critical. Use alcohol-based cleansers to disinfect brushes, eyeliners, pencils, etc as well as usage of disposal applicators,” Make-Up Ghana
It also reiterated the call on the use of sanitizers and washing of hands with soap under running water for 20 seconds, among others, to avoid contamination. The advice follows that of other industries that have suspended their activities to stem the spread of coronavirus.
Ghana has recorded six confirmed cases of the virus. In the wake of that, President Akufo-Addo has ordered the closure of all schools and universities in the country as part of measures to stem the tide of coronavirus cases.
There is also suspension on public gathering as well as other stringent travel measures to curb the spread.

Secrets To Get Your S3x Life Interesting
You know as normal humans we sometimes get bored with one thing, we love to explore and try diverse ways of getting us excited about life or particular things.
You’ve made an effort and lingerie is factually a “hot” way to be dressed. If you’re in the room with your man and you’re in lingerie, you’ve already made it to the show. It’s cool when we put in the effort to look great and it's fun for our men to see us in them, however, men don't mostly speak about that.
Just a handful of men are bold enough to tell their women to look s3xy and all because in actual fact they expect us to know but some of us fail to read wide.
Every guy has a different taste to life however no man can resist a woman in seductive lingerie all spiced up for the moment.
Men really wish to bang the same girl because she looks like 10 different girls. Guys will be turned on by any of the items below but choose the one that makes you feel the most different.
Lacey stuff- Be it bra or panty, once it's lacey it is the type of lingerie ladies wear and at some point during, before, or after the s3xual experience causes the guy to express how much he loved your looks. Wearing lacey stuff makes the guy see how hot and s3xy you are which causes them to get so hard.
Push-up bras- The push-up bra is great. There’s this tired narrative that the push-up bra is some sort of lie. The push-up bra is about a new look that gets someone mentally intrigued before the act of s3x. It’s about s3xuality, and not the mechanics of s3x.
Babydolls- They are fun. Men like the idea of having s3x with you while you’re in the babydoll.

2019 Miss Tertiary Africa Winner Launches Girl Child Project
Winner of Tertiary Africa 2019, Joyce Konadu Idun, has successfully launched her girl child education project at the N’ Joy Hotel in Sakumono near Tema in Accra under the theme, “Sexual and reproductive health education of the girl child”.
The well-organized launch and fundraising dinner sought to throw more light on girl child sexuality education. When dressing up, we want our belly fats hidden no matter what we however we tend not to focus on the outfits that help hide them up. It is possible to get a dress that flattens your belly fat making you look all shaped up.
Here are the best plus size dresses that hide belly bulge, love handles, and tummy fats.
1. Hourglass-shaped dresses
Hourglass-shaped dresses hug the waist and flare out at the hips, therefore, creating the illusion of a slimmer waist and wider hips. The end result is an hourglass silhouette even for an apple body with the most prominent belly bulge.
2. A-line dresses
The difference between A-line and fit and flare dresses is the amount of flare. Fit and flare dresses have a wider flare than A-line. Both, however, create an hourglass effect for any plus size body. A-line dresses are fitted to your waist and then flare out gradually to the hem. The magic in this shape is that it can minimize the midsection, hips, and thighs, and draw attention to the bust half at the same time (depending on the neckline).
3. Wrap dresses
What makes a wrap dress a great tummy slimmer is its ruching. Ruching situated on the tummy makes room for the belly to expand while camouflaging its bulk at the same time. It’s literally the dress that every plus size ladies can never go wrong with!
4. Vertical stripes dresses
Vertical lines and patterns emphasize length and downplay width. Hence making you look taller. The taller you appear, the less bulky your belly looks. The opposite is true for horizontal lines which only make the body appear shorter and wider and with it, the belly.
Therefore, if you wanna look slimmer, it’s generally better to just avoid horizontal lines and go for vertical.
5. Diagonal lines
Diagonal lines, like vertical lines, are slimming but in a different way. While vertical lines elongate, diagonal lines distract the focus from the width of the body, thus creating the effect of reduced width.
