Enough Is Enough: Get Rid Of This V@gina Odour

Back in the days, it was not normal to hear than a lady has a bad vagina odour however in these times bad vagina odours are most like the most stuff guys talk about in place of their football games. Vaginas have natural odours, and each woman’s odour is different.

A healthy vagina’s typical scent may best be described as “musky” or “fleshy.” A menstrual cycle might cause a slightly “metallic” scent for a few days. Intercourse may change the smell temporarily. Your vagina cleanses itself naturally. If you leave your vagina to its own devices, it can naturally maintain a healthy pH and keep unhealthy bacteria at bay.
However,  if you notice a stark difference in your odour, then you may be experiencing a sign of a potential problem. Strong odours, itching and irritation, and unusual discharge are all signs you may have something other than just unusual vaginal odour. I have heard lots of guys speak really bad kinds of stuff about ladies and their vagina odours.

In order to avoid being the hot topic amongst guys for the wrong reason, you can follow these simple techniques that may help you naturally eliminate unusual vaginal odors:

1. Practice good hygiene- Good hygiene is very necessary for our everyday life. Clean the outside of your vagina regularly with a washcloth and mild soap. Cleansing will wash away dead skin, sweat, and dirt. Don’t use perfumed soaps or body washes. The scents and chemicals may upset your vagina’s natural pH. Bar soaps may be more gentle than body wash.

2. Regularly clean your vagina with wipes or tissues right after you urinate- Anytime we visit the washroom and not clean that place what happens is the urine drops tend to stain your panties with the little drops from urinating which at the end causes the place to itch and smell. Especially when you use a public washroom.

3. Regularly clean the toilet sits before using them- This goes to especially ladies who use their office, restaurants or any public washroom. Anytime you visit the washroom to urinate the first thing to do is to clean the toilet seat, then flash it. You do this to avoid been affected by any form of disease. If you happen to get a detol by chance you could pour it into the water and flash it then you then pour a little into the tissue to clean the seat.

4. Use only exterior deodorizing products- If you want to use any sprays or perfumes, only use them on the outside of your vagina. Don’t insert them. They can upset your natural chemistry and lead to bigger problems.

5. Regularly change your underwear- If you normally wear satin, silk, or polyester panties, make the switch to 100 percent cotton. Cotton is breathable and does an excellent job wicking away sweat and fluids from your body. Excess moisture can upset your natural bacteria levels.
